PROJECT HILDA
Century Heritage Home Renovation in Kitchener, ON. This century home's main floor renovation included a living area, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, mudroom, and staircase rehabilitation.
Removing a non-loadbearing wall allowed us to open up the kitchen and dining area, while new engineered hardwood floors kept the new spaces fluid and harmonious. Custom wood trim work was made to create a cohesive look with the existing second floor and maintain the century-old charm.
This project was a complete main-level transformation. We started by tearing this beauty back to the bones. Then we combed through and solved every issue, from structural repairs to insulation, electrical, and plumbing rework. We then made it beautiful, and we think you’ll agree when you see the gallery below!
